Troubleshoot Locked License

If the full version features are no longer available in the Android app, it may be because the license has become locked. First, try the following:

  1. Restart your device
  2. Reinstall the app
  3. Confirm the account you used to purchase the app
  4. Make sure to "Restore" purchases on iOS.

If you've changed to a different Google account, then you'll have to request a license transfer.
