Why can't I move the mouse or control certain programs?

Make sure you are using the latest version of Unified Remote Server. If you're still using the old v2 server then we recommend that you upgrade to the new v3We recommend the V3 server. Please see this tutorial for how to upgrade: How To Upgrade Unified Remote Server. If you are using Unified Remote Server V2 then you can try lowering your UAC level.
