Finding the server log files

Finding the log files can help your support greatly, as the logs lets us know exactly what is going on with your server and app. The location of the log files depends on what version of the server you're using:


  1. Press Win+R to open the Run window
  2. Enter: %PROGRAMDATA%\Unified Remote
  3. Send the latest log file (named "Server.log")

If you're using the Windows Service, then you should also have a log file named "Service.log". Please send that as well.


  1. Open Finder
  2. In the menu, select "Go" > "Go to Folder..."
  3. Enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Unified Remote/
  4. Send the latest log file (named "Server.log")


  1. Navigate to this directory: ~\.urserver\
  2. Send the latest log file (named "Server.log")
