Performing a complete reinstall

Uninstall all versions

First, uninstall ALL versions of Unified Remote Server in "Programs and Features":

Delete folders

Next, delete the following folders (but backup your custom remotes if you have any!)

• C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Unified Remote\
• C:\Program Data\Unified Remote\
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Unified Remote 3\

Remove firewall rules

Open the "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security"

Remove entries named "Unified Remote" in "Inbound" and "Outbound".

Restart your computer
